d) Computer Services Advisory staff will receive adequate training, and updates, on virus threats, virus     hoaxes, and anti-virus measures in place, such that user queries about viruses can be dealt with.

e) Overall responsibility for anti-virus measures will be the responsibility of the departmental security     person, and this person will carry out an annual review to ensure that the policy is being complied     with.
